- Approval received from Commissioner of Cane Development and Director of Sugar, Govt. of Karnataka, KRS has obtained approved Distance Certificate from Govt. of Karnataka.
- IEM – Industrial Entrepreneur’s Memorandum acknowledgements for Sugar, Power and Ethanol from Dept. of Industry, DIPP, Agriculture and Food & Civil Supplies Government of India.
- Furnished, required Performance Bank Guarantee for Sugar IEM license as a statutory requirement.
- Obtained the IEM Order to set up the sugar plant from Directorate of Sugar, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and PD.
- Major technology and project implementation done.
- Tenders for Plant & Machinery finalized.
- Tenders for Civil Works finalized.
- Obtained Single Window Clearance from Udyog Mitra, GoK.
- Cane Area Allotment.
